Privacy policy

This website and its tools are operated by DEEPSOLVE PTY LTD (ABN 60 700 202 893), based in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains what we collect when you use deepsolve.xyz, why, and who helps us process it. Last updated September 2026.

What we collect

Nothing by default that identifies you by name. There are no accounts on this site, and you can read everything without signing up.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the page you signed up from, and when you subscribed or unsubscribed. We use it only to send updates, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks, approximate location, browser and device details, errors, and anonymised session recordings. PostHog sets a cookie or local storage identifier to tell visits apart. We use this to fix problems and improve the site, never for advertising.

AI features. Questions you type into the blog search are sent to Anthropic, and messages to Compy's AI advisor are sent to OpenAI, to generate an answer. Please don't include personal or confidential details in them.

Security. To stop abuse of the AI features, we briefly count requests per IP address. These counters expire automatically within minutes.

Who processes it

Our service providers are Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), PostHog (analytics), Resend (email), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI features). They process data on our behalf, and some are located outside Australia. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers.

Deepsolve Legal has its own privacy policy. Deepsolve for iOS describes the data it uses in its App Store privacy details.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, block cookies in your browser, or ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you. Email hello@deepsolve.xyz and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
